Windows (7) Explorer Error?

My windows explorer keep crashing every time I open this certain file after I copied some files from my friend
thinking that the ones behind this were the viruses, I tried to scan my computer over and over, but it kept saying my computer is clean. I gave back the flashdisk I used to copy the files from my friends, and he found out that the flashdisk has some viruses, and I scanned my computer again, but it still says there’s no virus(es) in my computer, I’m using Panda Cloud Antivirus
I decided to delete these files my friend had given to me, and it’s still crashing
I wonder what happened? And is there any solution for it?
