What Is This “avira Antivir Rescue System” ??? How Is It Useful To Me And How Can I Use It ?

I think its size is more than 2 GB !!!!!
I installed Avira Antivir and i scanned my system with it. It told me that there is some hidden item in my computer which may be either useless or has virus in it. So use Avira Antivir Rescue CD.

    it needs to be burnt to a CD.
    using iso burning software.
    if you have windows 7,
    just right click on the iso and select
    burn disc image.
