I got caught opening mail this morning – it wants me to load “Internet Security 1020″ and I am resisting it but it won’t go away. I have tried PC Matic, Cc Cleaner but won’t work.Now won’t let me shut down. Also won’t let me restore or use Acronis. Help. Ray
