Sims double deluxe wont install past 2%?
Im trying to install sims 2 double deluxe on a hp laptop but whenever it gets up to ’support/*.*’ in stops working. It stays like that. The only time it went further was yesterday but it stopped at 12% for a while so I stopped installation. Ive already changed my Install Shield (or whatever it is called) to old, and Iva already tried to install it manually but that didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to get sims on my laptop
Also my laptop runs on vista

I think it’s because the sims aren’t real laptopfriendly game if u got a got computer u can play it on try it but if u only got a laptop try the sims stories thay are laptop friendly
Did you have The Sims 2 installed previously? Is so, sometimes the Double Deluxe wont work because it already has the base game on it. So you would have to uninstall the base game, and then install Double Deluxe. If that don’t work, might know another way.
