If someone sent you a spyware it would come directly from your E-Mail and you can find out where and who sent it to you. Obviously that was not the case. You was messing around in the sites and click on something you was not aware of and got that Spyware attachment.
Or it could of been you was in a web site again and there was a attachment and attached to your computer. The best idea is if you have a spyware. Do a full system scan and do it twice so the attachment is gone. But first go to your start. Hit control panel. Then Internet options. Delete History information. And then do your virus check. This is the only solution to rid this attachment of spyware which has automatically attached itself on your computer system. And for your information. It was not one of your friends etc who did it. It is a attachment. could of been a hacker most likely. They do things like that and try to do computer identity theft. Have to beware of what sites you go into and stay away from Porn as they have hackers waiting for people to go there as the hacker attaches attachments everywhere but on porn they know they can catch someone on there. A hacker who puts attachment is looking to do computer Identity theft and find out information like credit card usage- Social Security Numbers- Bank Account Numbers etc.As there out to steal what you have. Got to be careful now days. And do your virus check more then 1 times a month. Try doing them at least 2 times a week. As sometimes you may also get cookies as well as attachments -trojans- viruses etc. Hope I helped you some. By the way I have computer knowledge plus I know people who repair computers as well as program them. That is how some knowledge I know about computers besides what I know myself. Good luck!
