If you mean its possible for a virus to screw with the BIOS, then yes, it is quite possible. In fact, part of the malicious payload of CIH/Chernobyl (A very notable and widespread computer virus) is that it flashes your computers BIOS. In short, it ruins the computer (unless you have a way to fix the BIOS, and you’d have to be fairly tech-smart to do so).
