   avira antivirus is normal but not good , Ask toolbar can be a scare ware which comes with avira and it is not good in security if i see it is not good it is weak download AD-WARE internet security is best it is ranked top by pc mag i use it ,it does not slow pc and better than all others go to http://www.pcmag.com and click security antivirus top name will be AD-AWARE INTERNET SECURITY try it , it is better than webroot,nod32 actually from all

   There are a number of great no cost antivirus with regard to laptops. But I commonly choose Avast or AVG. Both these appear to work well by themselves. I do, even so, work with a variety of programs, such as BitDefender and Microsoft’s personal antivirus program. I find that different applications pick up on various infections. The problem is that a lot a number of software programs may slow your operating system down. However I operate 3 different, 1 with regard to viruses, 1 for trojan’s and one for spyware and adware and I also have not had a infection for several months.

   You already have the free version > why upgrade to pay ?…..the paid version works just as well as the free version except it has a couple more options..other than that nothing diffrent….if you can stand the pop up’s that you get now and then to buy it…just keep the free version.
