My boyfriend has 3 common variety warts on the bottom of his foot. They’re not anywhere else, like his hands or genitals, etc. I’m not worried about getting HPV from direct contact, as I don’t normally go near the bottom of his feet often, but can I get HPV from kissing and/or sexual contact? Can the virus be transmitted through body fluids?

No. Usually different strains of HPV onyl collect in one part that they prefer. Planar warts are only foot infections and do not usually appear near the mouth so you will not be getting them through swapping spit. But you can get it from touching his warts or even stepping on surfaces his feet have been on. While they are more of an inconvenience, you still want to avoid getting them because they are annoying.
