How To Fix An Infected Computer With Possible Trojans?

By AntiVirus Posted in: antivirus

My computer just randomly started a scan from AV Security suite? They said I had many infections on my computer… And the only thing I can go to on the internet is their website and they’re pretty much making me purchase their antivirus software…
Doeanyone else know how I can fix my computer without having to buy this software?

  1. Ren Says

Do not purchase AV Security Suite under any circumstances!!!!!! It’s a rogue program that will only swindle your money away. You must get rid of AV Security As soon as possible.
First of all stop AV Security Suite processes. To do that, press ctrl+shift+esc and stop all processes with garbage names that are launched from your user account, for example, [RANDOM CHARACTERS]tssd.exe Then you can either download malwarebytes/spyware doctor or search on disk for these files and delete them.

In safe mode I would attempt to go to start / run / msconfig attempt selective start up do not restart unless you cannot download.
If you can in safe mode download spy-bot FREE from the http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html site install it check for updates.
Set the mode to advance and got to the settings tab then settings again scroll down to SYSTEM START check the following
Automatically run program on system start
    then restart run the program
    delete the malicious file
    restart
open spy-bot check for updates again run the program
    delete malicious files
If you do not have Anti-Virus run a free scan at trend micro .com
Watch out when checking out stuff on MySpace LOL.
