   Running an AV scan would depend on your internet usage, if your a general user, always on the same sites, and don’t use it much, not very often, but if your an internet junkie, then at least once a week.
   Disk cleanup is the same. Defragment on today’s HDD’s is not necessary, but if you install/uninstall programs a lot, then you may want to do it once, or twice a year, just for GP.    you shouldnt have to run the clean up disk inless your infected by a severe virus.the scan depends how much you use the internet
   1.alot once a week
   2.every so often once a month
   3.if you watch stuff like porn and visit random websites everyday
   4if you download alot everytime you download something
