It’s a fake virus used for testing anti virus programs.
The part at the end “EICAR-STANDA…” tells me that this is the EICAR standard virus test. It is NOT a virus. Its a dummy test to make sure that a virus checker is working.
It is nothing to worry about. Just delete it.
