Does Any Other Cancers Have Bad Look With Pisces?

I’m a Cancer, and I seem to have bad luck is Pisces men. In fact, I’ve never even dated a Scorpio or another Cancer! According to basically everything I’ve read about the Cancer and Pisces relationships, it’s one of the best matches for both signs. For me however, that has been further from the truth. My earliest memory of a Pisces is from back when I was about 17, I met this Pisces guy online (at the time, I wasn’t into astrology). I stopped talking to him because he started calling me every night for a week DRUNK. 5 years later I ran into him at my job, we started talking again and he flaked out and disappeared on me. Another guy I talked to tried to get in my pants, when I didn’t give it up he lied and said he wasn’t looking for a gf and now he is dating someone else. Two more guys I met, simply disappeared. The furthest I’ve gotten was a Pisces was a 2 month long distant relationship, he was MEAN as ever. Tried to kick me out in the middle of the night, and said I could spend the week at his place when I came to visit but then lied and said I must have misunderstood him. I met three more guys recently, had plans to hang with one and when that day came he never called or text me to cancel. It just didn’t happen. He even blocked me from fb two days later. The other guy added me randomly on facebook, we exchanged messages that day, the next day he gave me his number to text. I text him, he asked what I was doing and told him I was cooking dinner, he asked what and I told him and he never responded. Come to fine, he blocked me on facebook. I was stunned, because I literally just met him so wtf did I say?? Maybe he didn’t like what I was cooking. o_0. Anyway the last guy, well after we met he just stopped talking to me.
Now there is this guy at work that I have a crush on and part of me thinks he is interested, but I don’t know. We have a birthday board, and I had just found out his name from a co-worker and I just happen to randomly look at the board when I saw his name. Feb 19. I thought he was an Aqua, I was happy because my longest relationship (2 years) was with an Aqua and till this day he is literally still my best friend and we talk everyday, even though we have not been together since 2010. I wrote him a “Happy Birthday, if you’d like to hang out here is my texting number” and I left it on his register with his name on it. He wasn’t there that day, so now I am worried that whoever was threw it away and he never got it. I didn’t put my name on it (too chicken) and no one saw me put it on the desk, so even if he did get it he wouldn’t know it was me. Anyway I decided to do our compatibility chart and it turns out HE IS A PISCES! It crushed me because me and Pisces are just no. They are all flaky a holes in both my opinion and experience. Over 7 Pisces guys and they all turned out the same. Even a Gemini guy and Virgo guy with a Pisces moon screwed me over! I agree it may be stupid to give up on this guy because I find out his sign, but at the same time. 7 and 0….
Does any other water sign have bad luck with other water signs? Specifically Cancer and Pisces?

Could it be my Venus that’s ruining this? I hear Gemini and Pisces in general are a doomed pair, and since Venus is the love sign it makes sense. Or are Pisces guys just doomed to be alone?
