Computer Trojan Question?

My computer security system is the new Vipre. The other day it captured two Trojan viruses apparently, and it “quarantined” them. But I notice that everyday when I run the scan (usually runs late at night) again it seems to capture the same two Trojans and quarantines them again. Does this mean they are still in the computer everyday, or ?? Has the Vipre dealt with them effectively?
