Completely uninstall it and then reinstall it. If your trying to get it without paying it doesn’t work that good.

For me it is ESET NOD32 and I would also suggest Kaspersky.

If you cannot renew the licence of the current software due to money/limited resources. Search google for AVG Free. Uninstall your current software and install that it will last you a year and gives very good protection.
