I updated to the latest version of Webroot and since then it never shows me the numerous tracking cookies that it found in almost every scan before. Is Webroot now taking these threats out as they come or is it not working properly?

ok so I have Webroot Anti Virus with Spy Sweeper.. I’m pretty sure it’s the 2011 edition.

Well im trying to make an account for webroot secure anywhere but everytime it ask me to Please enter the FIRST and FIFTH characters of your Security Code and i do it it says Error(UCR702):Incorrect security code credentials but its the right code so help?

Ok so when I open my webroot it says loading and then it says collecting system status, but it goes all day collecting system status and now it’s been doing that for a month. What should I do if it even doesn’t let me click anything??

i have both of them and want to know which is better and more secure, because i have limited computer resources and running two antivirus programs is not good on my computer.

Ive changed my password (But i still get them)
Ive scanned my computer using Webroot (The scan shows NO threats)
And ive tried to put the address in blocked address (In Yahoo) bt I keep on getting this Error message
