After a entire day yesterday trying to figure out why my computer ran ridiculously slow, I found out Panda Global Protection 2011 was the reason for it. Now I’m looking for another free antivirus software to download. Can anyone recommend a great one that will not slow down my computer? I have a PC.

Right now I’ve been using Panda Internet Security and it has been working great until recently, where my computer has been being bombarded with one virus after another. I am thinking of replacing Panda with another internet security software and would greatly appreciate recommendations from you guys.

After running for about 30~ minutes this error comes up and then my internet stops working. I am connected through verizon’s fivespot device, WWAN not the wireless mode.
