   Just based on above with no aspects or houses, etc., you would be more Libra. But that wouldn’t make you boring. Your Libra Sun as well as your Moon in Acquarius and Rising Sign in Sagittarius would tend to make you at least appear or want to be friendly and outgoing. But your Saturn (the planet of restriction) in Aquarius and your Venus and Jupiter in Virgo might make you behave more reserved as would your Mars because even though it lies in Scorpio, it is only at 01 degrees. If the Libra qualities are more present at this placement, then Mars would be in detriment in Libra. Capricorn, too, is a sign associated with words such as “responsible” and “practical”. If you feel that you are “boring”, then strive to be more like your Sun, Rising, and Moon signs.
   As I said, though, aspects and house placements are important when looking at a chart. And remember, a chart only gives you an astrological description of who you are – the person you ultimately become is up to you.

   well your Pluto and Mars are both in Scorpio, and those are huge factors in a Scorpio’s life. Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio. which means it represents life and death, regeneration, change, destruction, intensity, power, desire, destiny.
   Mars is Scorpios co-ruler meaning it has almost as much influance as Pluto. Mars represent aggression, war, motivation, leadership, love…
   if you feel these tendencies in your life then its possible to have more Scorpio influence than Libra influence
