Basically I am getting pop-ups saying that I need an Anti-virus. This has been happening to all my programs and I cannot use them or an error shows up. My intenet says I’m connected by looking at the blue dot but everythingelse is not working.

If a virus gets into your hard drive, then the virus’ programmer has access to your PC? Can the virus’ programmer view your computer’s perspective on their computer?
